1. User Definition
The term “User” includes donors, campaign creators, beneficiaries, NGOs, corporations, or any individuals/entities registering, creating, operating, utilizing, or engaging with any services on the Platform.
2. Platform Services
The Platform facilitates the following services:
Donations & Fundraising
Users may donate to campaigns, charitable activities, or fundraising events hosted on the Platform.
Campaign Creation & Management
Campaigners may raise funds for approved charitable, welfare-oriented, or social-impact causes such as Annadaan, Gauseva, temple development, or community upliftment.
Collaborative Campaigns
Madhav Foundation may collaborate with temples, trusts, NGOs, or organizations to initiate and execute fundraising campaigns.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Services
The Platform assists companies and organizations with:
- CSR policy formulation
- Program and campaign design
- Project implementation
- Budgeting and grant management
- Monitoring, evaluation, and compliance
- Due diligence and regulatory documentation
These Terms govern your access to and use of all content, features, and services available through Madhav Foundation.
3. Charges & Fees
3.1 Platform Fees
Certain fundraising campaigns or promotional activities may include platform/service fees.
These fees help support operational, administrative, marketing, and technical costs of running fundraising campaigns.
3.2 Optional Tips
Users may voluntarily add tips during donations.
These tips will be retained by Madhav Foundation and used for platform development and operational support.
3.3 Service Modifications
Madhav Foundation may introduce new services or modify, revise, or discontinue existing services at its discretion, including adjustments to fees whenever required.
4. Payment Liability Disclaimer
Madhav Foundation shall not be liable for:
- Failed, declined, or delayed transactions
- Payment authorization issues
- Bank or gateway-related limits
- Processing errors
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to payment methods
All transactions are conducted at the User’s sole risk.
5. Third-Party Payment Gateways
All payments made on the Platform are processed through third-party payment gateways or banks.
These entities may access and process your personal information solely for transaction purposes.
Madhav Foundation is not responsible for:
- Security breaches
- Unauthorized use
- Data leakage
- System errors or failures arising at the payment gateway or banking partner’s end.
6. User Eligibility
6.1 Individual Users
Users must:
- Be 18 years or older; and
- Be legally competent to enter a contract under Indian law.
If below 18, usage must be under parental/guardian supervision.
6.2 Organizations & Legal Entities
Organizations registering on the Platform must ensure that the individual completing registration:
- Is duly authorized
- Has legal authority to bind the organization to these Terms
- Provides accurate documentation if requested
7. Registration & Account Creation
7.1 Access Without Registration
Some sections may be accessed without registration.
Full services require creating a verified User Account.
7.2 Verification
Registration may include identity verification, organizational verification, or third-party onboarding checks.
7.3 User Information Obligations
Users must:
- Provide accurate, complete, and updated information
- Not impersonate any person or entity
- Update details as needed
Providing false information may lead to account suspension or termination.
7.4 Confidentiality
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials
- Preventing unauthorized access
- Avoiding sharing their account with others
Any suspected breach must be reported to Madhav Foundation immediately in writing.
The Platform is not responsible for losses resulting from compromised credentials.
